Kitchen Tip Tuesday - Honey Mustard Salmon

This recipe is healthy easy and tasty and so full of Omerga 3 and goodness. You can use either pecans or walnuts alone or mix them with homeade bread crumbs.

Honey Mustard Salmon

4 Salmon fillets
Mustard (I used french mustard that was pretty hot, but a milder mustard can be used)
salt & pepper
1/2 chopped pecans or walnuts

Make sure salmon fillets are skinless (its really easy to peel of the skin when the salmon is still a bit frozen). Brush on the honey and then spread with mustard. Salt & pepper to your liking and then just pat on the nuts.

Bake about 15-20 minutes on medium heat.

Serve with salad and fresh bread.

I love this idea. We enjoy salmon but I have never cooked it like this. Thanks for sharing.
